Monthly Drupal maintenance, security patching, and a real person to call. Fixed pricing, no sales-call gatekeeping, for Drupal 9, 10, and 11 sites.
Base scope of work β applies to all tiers. See the tier comparison below for hours and SLA specifics.
We track the Drupal Security Team's advisories and apply relevant patches fast, before a public exploit can find your site.
Daily off-site backups that we actually test by restoring. A backup you've never restored is a guess, not a safety net.
Contributed modules and Drupal core kept current on a sane cadence, on staging first so updates don't break production.
We watch uptime and page speed and flag regressions before your users do. Slow Drupal usually means a caching or query problem we can fix.
Views, fields, content types, permissions. The small changes that pile up, done by someone who won't break your site doing them.
What we patched, what we fixed, and where your hours went. No jargon wall, no mystery invoice.
Transparent process β you always know what stage we're at and what comes next.
We check your Drupal version, module security status, backup setup, and performance baseline. You get the findings whether or not you sign up.
Based on the audit and your traffic, we recommend Essential, Managed, or Priority. No upsell to a tier you don't need.
We get access, set up monitoring and backups, and apply any urgent patches in the first week.
Monthly patching, your hours for changes and fixes, and a report at month's end. Cancel anytime, no lock-in.
Pick the level that fits your size and required response time. You can switch tiers between months.
For low-traffic sites that mostly need to stay secure and online. Security patching and backups, handled.
For business and institutional sites that need fast response and regular hands-on work, not just patching.
For high-traffic or compliance-bound sites (gov, higher-ed, healthcare) that need an SLA and a dedicated developer.
Scope transparency β no surprises in the monthly report.
Access we require β passed via secure channel (1Password / Bitwarden).
Our retainers are fixed and published: $250/month for Essential (security patching and backups), $600/month for Managed (24-hour advisory response plus 4 hours of work), and $1,500/month for Priority (a 4-hour SLA, 12 hours of work, and a dedicated developer). No sales call required to see a price.
Yes, short-term. Drupal 7 reached official end-of-life in January 2025, so the community no longer ships security fixes. We can apply extended-support patches while you plan a move, but paying for D7 life support indefinitely costs more over time than migrating to Drupal 10 or 11. We’ll lay out both numbers so you can decide.
On Managed we apply relevant Drupal Security Team advisories within 24 hours; on Priority, critical issues get a 4-hour response. Drupal publishes advisories on a predictable schedule (usually Wednesdays), so we’re watching for them rather than reacting late.
For content-heavy, multi-editor, or compliance-bound sites, usually yes. Drupal 10 and 11 are faster and more secure than the versions that gave it a clunky reputation. Some organizations have left for WordPress, but for structured content and granular permissions Drupal still does things WordPress can’t without heavy plugins. If your site is simple, we’ll be honest that you may not need Drupal at all.
Priority and Managed clients get incident response inside their plan: we take the site to a clean backup, find and close the entry point, and patch. If you’re not on a retainer yet, we offer one-off Drupal recovery and can move you onto support afterward so it doesn’t happen twice.
Yes. There’s no long-term contract. Retainers are month to month, and if you leave we hand back full, clean access to your site and documentation. We’d rather keep you because the work is good than because you’re locked in.
Drupal support is one of those things nobody thinks about until a security advisory drops on a Wednesday afternoon and the site needs patching before someone exploits it. We run monthly Drupal support and maintenance for organizations that can’t afford to wing it: government sites, universities, nonprofits, and companies on Drupal 9, 10, or 11 who want a known number to call instead of scrambling for a freelancer.
The pricing below is fixed and published, which already puts us ahead of most agencies who make you book a sales call to learn what a retainer costs. If you’re still on Drupal 7, read the section on end-of-life first. Paying for extended support indefinitely is usually the wrong move, and we’ll tell you why.
Need a feature that no off-the-shelf module covers? See our Drupal module development service, where we check the contrib list before quoting and only build custom code when there is a real reason to.
First month is risk-free. If our work doesn’t meet your expectations in the first 30 days, you get a full refund and we hand back clean access.
