Monthly care for WordPress, OpenCart, Drupal, and Magento. Updates, security patches, weekly backups, hosting handled, real human callback when things break.
Support is what stops a working CMS from quietly turning into a security incident. Plugins fall behind. Cores release security patches every 6 to 8 weeks. Hosting environments drift. Without a person watching, the average WordPress install picks up a critical vulnerability inside 12 months of launch. Our support plans exist so that does not happen on your site.
We support the four CMSes we build on: WordPress, OpenCart, Drupal, and Magento. We do not pick up Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or Webflow plans, those platforms are best supported by their own teams or marketplace specialists.
Core and plugin updates on a tested staging copy first, never blind on production. We watch the changelog and security advisories and prioritize patches by CVSS score and exploit availability. WordFence and Sucuri reports for WordPress sites, native security advisories for OpenCart and Drupal, Magento Security Scan for Magento.
Weekly off-site backups stored on a separate provider from your hosting (we use Backblaze B2 by default), with a tested restore once a quarter, not just "backups happen".
Hosting management if you want it: Cloudways, Kinsta, WP Engine, RunCloud, or your own server. We hold the credentials in a shared 1Password vault that you control, not a private one we own.
Small content edits within a monthly hour bank. Add a press mention, swap a hero image, fix a typo. Not redesigns, not new pages from scratch, but the small stuff that piles up if you do not have a developer on retainer.
A real human callback when something is on fire at 3am. Plans above $99 include after-hours response within 4 hours for critical issues. The on-call engineer already knows your site, your hosting, and your stack, so the first call does not start with discovery.
Starter at $99/month covers core and plugin updates, weekly backups, and 1 hour of small edits. Standard at $249/month adds priority security patching, monthly performance and security reports, and 3 hours of edits. Pro at $499/month adds 4-hour after-hours SLA, monthly Lighthouse audits, and 6 hours of work. Above that we scope custom retainers, usually for stores and multilingual sites with deeper compliance and performance needs.
Every plan is month-to-month, no minimum commitment, no exit fee. You own every credential and every line of code from day one. Cancel any time and we hand over the documentation. We earn the renewal each month, or we do not.
Pick a CMS card above to see plans tuned for that platform, or scroll to the form below and tell us about the site you want supported. We reply with a recommendation within two business days, often the same day.
In our pricing they are the same engagement. Some agencies separate "support" (responding when you ask) from "maintenance" (proactive updates and patches). We bundle both: proactive updates and backups every week, plus reactive support when you need a small change or something breaks.
Yes, hourly work is $95 to $150 depending on the platform and the urgency. We prefer monthly plans because the on-call team learns the site over time, but for a one-off fix or a single migration retainer, we send a fixed-price quote. After-hours emergency calls without a plan are charged at a 1.5x rate.
Critical issue (site down, payment broken, security breach in progress) on a Pro plan: response and triage within 4 hours, around the clock. Non-critical issue (a single page broken, a non-blocking warning): same-business-day response, fix within 1 to 3 business days depending on severity. We define critical and non-critical in the contract before kickoff so there is no argument at 3am.
Yes, this is about half of our support clients. The first month includes a free site audit (security, performance, plugin inventory, hosting setup) and a written remediation plan with priorities. After that, the regular monthly cadence kicks in. We have onboarded plenty of sites that came from another agency or a freelancer who is no longer responsive.
Yes. Month-to-month, no minimum term, no exit fee. We hand over hosting credentials, a documented backup, the deployment notes, and the latest changelog so the next person, or your in-house team, can pick up cleanly. We see this as a feature, not a risk: agencies that lock clients in usually have a reason to.
30 minutes with a senior engineer. No salespeople. We respond within one business day with a brief outline.
