WordPress ready solutions — fixed-scope packages, launch in 7–21 days

Pre-built WordPress packages for blogs, landing pages, corporate sites, WooCommerce stores, portfolios and LMS — fixed price, fixed scope, fixed timeline. Pick a package, send us your content, launch in two to three weeks instead of two to three months.

Ready solutions are how we ship WordPress sites that don't need a 12-week custom build. Each package below is a vetted theme, a curated plugin stack, and content scaffolding we've shipped enough times to know what breaks and what doesn't. You get the predictability of a template and the look-and-feel of a real build — for $1,500 to $4,500 instead of $9,000 and up.

Solutions aren't bespoke. If you need custom Gutenberg blocks, multi-locale routing with locale-specific URL structures, or business logic in WooCommerce that requires custom REST endpoints, you want our WordPress development services, not a solution. But if you're a marketing team that needs a corporate site this quarter, a writer launching a serious blog, or a small store moving off Etsy — pick a package, fill out the brief, and we'll have you live in about three weeks.

Every solution ships with the same base: managed hosting recommendation, daily off-server backups, two-factor admin auth, Wordfence and RankMath pre-configured, a staging environment, and a post-launch handover doc your future developer can actually read. We don't cut those corners on any tier.

How a solution turns into your site
Pick the package that matches your use case. Send us your brand assets, your content draft (or our copy template if you're starting from scratch), and the list of integrations you need. We adapt the design within the package's design system — you don't get pixel-perfect Figma rounds, but you do get a site that looks like yours, not like the demo. Launch is at the end of week 2 or 3 depending on tier.

What's in the price
Solutions include the package build, content migration up to 20 pages, on-page SEO setup with RankMath, Core Web Vitals tuning, schema markup for your content type, GA4 and Search Console wiring, a 30-minute training call, and 30 days of post-launch support for bugs. Hosting is separate — we recommend Cloudways with Vultr High-Frequency, Kinsta starter, or Hetzner Cloud depending on your scale, and you pay them directly.

What's not in the price
Custom development beyond the package's scope, content writing past the included pages, brand identity work, paid ad campaigns, and ongoing maintenance after the 30-day window. For ongoing work see our WordPress maintenance plans. For an industry build that doesn't fit any package, see our case studies or book a scoping call — we'd rather tell you a solution doesn't fit and quote custom than ship the wrong tier.

FAQ

What's the difference between a WordPress solution and a custom build?

A solution starts from a package we've shipped 5+ times — vetted theme, known plugin stack, predictable timeline. A custom build starts from your content model and works backward to the technology. Solutions are 70-80% cheaper and 3-5x faster, but you accept the package's design system and feature set. Custom is right when your business logic, content model, or editorial workflow doesn't fit any standard package. About 40% of our clients start with a solution; we'll tell you which side of the line you're on after the first call.

How much does a WordPress solution cost?

Tiers run from $1,500 (basic blog or landing-page package) to $4,500 (WooCommerce solution with up to 100 SKUs). Prices include the build, hosting setup, plugins, on-page SEO, schema, and 30 days of post-launch support. Annual maintenance starts at $89/month. There's no hourly billing during the build — fixed price, fixed scope. If you need an add-on outside the package, we scope and price it before work starts, never as an open hourly bucket.

Can I customize a solution after launch?

Yes. Each solution ships with documented hook points where custom code can plug in — child theme, action hooks, ACF field extensions. We have clients who started on the corporate site solution and added a custom CRM integration the next year. The package gives you a stable base; future developers (us or anyone else) can extend it without ripping out the foundation. Your handover doc lists every customization slot we've left open.

Which solution fits my project?

Marketing landing page that needs to launch this month: landing-page package. Editorial site or company blog with serious SEO needs: blog package. Corporate brochure with services pages, case studies, and a contact form: corporate site package. Product catalog up to ~100 SKUs with Stripe or PayPal: WooCommerce package. Online course: LMS package on TutorLMS. Portfolio for designers and photographers: portfolio package. If your case sits between two — book a call, we'll recommend the closer fit or scope a hybrid.

Can I migrate my existing content into a solution?

Up to 20 pages of standard content (text, images, basic media) is included. Past 20 pages, content migration is billed separately. If you're moving off Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify, the migration package is where to start instead — it preserves URL structure, sets up 301 redirects, protects SEO equity during the move, and then drops your content into a solution shell.

What hosting do you recommend for a solution?

For most solutions: Cloudways with Vultr High-Frequency at ~$14/month works for basic-to-corporate sites. Kinsta starter at $35/month if you want managed support and don't want to think about server-level config. For WooCommerce or higher-traffic content sites we recommend Kinsta Pro or WP Engine. We don't resell hosting — you own the bill, you keep the relationship, we hand you a configured site and the credentials.

What if my project needs more than the included scope?

We quote the delta as a fixed-price add-on or recommend full custom development if the gap is large. Common add-ons: extra page templates, additional language pairs (Polylang Pro), payment gateway integrations beyond Stripe and PayPal, custom email templates, third-party API connectors. The line we won't cross is moving from solution to custom mid-build — if scope grows past 30%, we restart on the custom track with a new quote rather than Frankenstein the package.
