Corporate WordPress site in 10 days. Astra Pro, RankMath, FluentForms, multilingual-ready. From $599.
All tiers include 2 months (Starter), 3 months (Business), 6 months (Agency) of free support after launch.
First corporate site or a focused rebrand. 5 pages, one language, basic SEO. Enough to look professional and capture leads from your existing traffic.
What most B2B and agency clients actually need. 10 pages, two languages, HubSpot or Pipedrive form sync, polished design. Built to run a 1-3 person marketing team.
For agencies and mid-market companies that need a CMS that scales. 20+ pages, 3 languages, members-only resources, marketing automation. The full corporate stack.
FluentForms with anti-spam, conditional logic, and confirmed delivery (SMTP via Mailgun or your provider). Optional CRM sync to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or KeyCRM on Business and Agency tiers.
Polylang Pro on Business and Agency tiers. UI translation, content fields, hreflang tags, proper slug mapping. Add languages later without rebuild.
RankMath: sitemap auto-submission to Google, schema markup for Organization + Service + Article, redirect manager. Set up before any content gets indexed.
Astra Pro + Spectra blocks. Your marketing team adds testimonials, hero sections, CTAs, and team members without calling us. Custom block library on Agency tier.
Wordfence + login URL rename + 2FA for admins. Daily backups via UpdraftPlus to S3 or Google Drive. Real protection, not just a checkbox.
GA4 with custom events for form submissions, PDF downloads, scroll depth. Search Console verified. Your dashboard is live the day we hand over.
WordPress 6.5+, PHP 8.1+, MySQL 8.0+ or MariaDB 10.5+. SSL required. Minimum 1 GB RAM, 5 GB SSD storage. Shared hosting works for Starter; Business and Agency tiers benefit from managed WP hosting (Kinsta, WP Engine, Cloudways).

"Picked Business tier for our SaaS rebrand. Forms started feeding HubSpot the same week we launched. Sales noticed the lead quality improvement in month one."
"Agency tier. Three languages, members area for our research clients, full editorial workflow. The team handed it off and our marketing manager has been running it solo for six months."
"Ordered Starter for a side project. 11 days from kickoff to live. The pricing held — no scope-creep surprise invoices."
A template is a design file. You still have to install it, configure plugins, write content, set up SEO, connect forms to your CRM, configure analytics, hook up multilingual, secure the site, and deploy. Most of that work eats two to four weeks of someone’s time. This package does all of it and ships you a working corporate site, not a starting point.
Yes, that’s the default. Send your brand kit (logo files, color hex codes, typography preferences) at the brief stage and we match it. If you don’t have a brand kit, the Business and Agency tiers include a one-page brand sheet exercise to lock down basics.
Form sync (Business+): HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, KeyCRM, Brevo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign. Analytics: GA4, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar. Chat: Intercom, Crisp, HubSpot chatbot. Marketing automation deeper than form sync is the HubSpot Full Integration add-on. If your tool isn’t listed, ask — we usually support it.
Page structure and microcopy: yes, included (headlines, CTAs, button labels, form labels, error messages). Long-form content (about page paragraphs, service descriptions, case study writeups): no, you provide the text or hire a copywriter. We can recommend writers if you want.
Yes. Content migration is included up to 30 pages of editorial content (Starter), 60 pages (Business), unlimited (Agency). URL redirects from the old site are set up so you don’t lose SEO. Larger migrations beyond Agency limits get scoped separately.
Starter uses our Astra Pro starter customized to your brand — visually distinct from competitors but built on a proven layout grid. Business adds custom hero sections and module designs. Agency includes a full custom block library matching your design system. Tell us early if you have wireframes or mockups; we’ll work from those instead.
We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA on all tiers: keyboard navigation, alt text on images, color contrast checks, focus states, ARIA labels on interactive elements. We don’t guarantee 100% AA-compliance because some plugins (legacy ones) can break it; we document any gaps in the handover and recommend fixes.
You do, fully. We hand over: hosting/admin credentials, full database export, full code repository (zip or Git), design source files (Figma if applicable), and a handover doc that explains the stack. No license restrictions, no platform lock, no “managed by us” trap.
Upgrade: yes, anytime. We charge the price difference and extend the delivery date by the relevant amount. Downgrade: only before we start (during the brief stage). Once we’ve built tier-specific features it’s hard to undo without rebuilding.
Three options. (1) Switch to our Support Plan (from $99/month) for ongoing fixes, plugin updates, security patches. (2) Self-manage — we leave you in good shape and you take it from there. (3) Hand off to your in-house dev or another agency, the codebase is documented and portable. Most clients pick option 1 or 2.
A corporate site has a different job than a blog or a store. It exists to make a prospect stop, read enough to trust you, and either book a call or download a PDF. Most “corporate starter packages” sold online ignore that and ship a generic five-page brochure. This one doesn’t.

If you’re building anything beyond a blog on WordPress, our ACF Pro setup guide covers the field-design and theme-integration patterns we use on most corporate and agency sites.
