Productized solutions

Ready CMS solutions — pick a tier, ship in days

Fixed-price packages for blogs, brochures, online stores, and migrations. No two-week discovery call to find out the cost.

Most agencies hide their prices. The pitch: "every project is custom, every quote takes a week." That model works for them, not for you. If you know what you need (a small business site, a blog, a starter store, a corporate site with 8 to 12 pages), you should not have to wait two weeks for a discovery call to find out it costs $4,000.

Below are productized CMS packages. Each has a fixed price, a fixed scope, and a fixed timeline. Pick the one that matches your project, send a one-page brief, get the site.

What "ready" means here

Each package is a tested recipe: theme plus plugin stack plus content structure plus setup playbook we have shipped many times. We are not reselling templates from ThemeForest. We are selling our configured solution for a specific kind of site, on hosting we recommend, with content migrated from your old site if you have one.

What is included in every package: domain setup, hosting onboarding (or migration to a host that fits), theme install and configuration, plugin stack tuned for the use case, content migration from your existing site or starter content for a new build, basic SEO setup (Yoast or Rank Math configured, sitemap submitted, sane robots.txt), and a launch handoff with a recorded walkthrough so your team can manage day-to-day without us.

The four package types

Blog packages start at $299. WordPress on managed hosting, a fast theme, Rank Math SEO, comments and a basic newsletter form. Ships in 7 days from brief approval.

Brochure and corporate site packages start at $1,500. WordPress with 8 to 12 pages (Home, About, Services, Team, News, Contact, plus a few service pages), multilingual setup if you need it, lead form integration with your CRM. Ships in 14 days.

Ecommerce starter packages start at $1,800 on OpenCart or $2,200 on WooCommerce. Up to 200 SKUs, two payment methods, two shipping methods, catalog SEO configured. Ships in 14 to 21 days.

Migration packages start at $750. Move content, redirects, and SEO position from one platform to another. Wix to WordPress, Shopify to WooCommerce, and OpenCart 3 to OpenCart 4 are the most common. 7 days for blogs, 2 to 3 weeks for stores.

Why a package instead of a custom build

Three reasons. Speed: you skip a week of discovery and proposal back-and-forth. Predictability: you know the price and what you get before signing anything. Quality: we ship the same recipe many times, so the edge cases are already solved.

The trade-off is less brand-driven design. Packages use our recommended stack with light customization (your logo, your colors, your content, your domain). If you need a fully bespoke design system, hire us for a custom build. We do those too, but they take 4 to 12 weeks and cost three to ten times more.

When a package is the wrong call

If you have an unusual integration (custom ERP, proprietary internal tool), expect deep brand customization with a unique design system, plan to launch with 1,000+ products, or need WCAG-AA accessibility audited from day one, go custom. We will tell you upfront if your needs do not fit a package and route you to the right service tier.

How the brief flow works

Send a one-page brief through the form below: site type, your existing situation (current platform if any, content size, integrations you need), your budget bracket, your launch deadline. We reply within two business days with a fixed quote, the exact stack we will use, and a timeline.

If you accept, we send a deposit invoice (50% upfront, 50% on launch), schedule a 30-minute kickoff call, and you have a working site link within the package timeline. If something is genuinely outside the package scope mid-build, we tell you in writing before doing the work, so there is no scope creep on the final invoice.

Pick a CMS above to see packages specific to that platform, or browse case studies or plugins and modules for examples of what we have shipped before.

FAQ

What is the difference between a package and a custom build?

A package is a fixed-price configuration of a tested stack we have shipped many times. Custom builds start from a clean foundation and design the architecture for your specific needs. Packages ship in 7 to 21 days at $299 to $2,500. Custom builds run 4 to 12 weeks at $3,500 to $25,000+. If your project fits a package, you save time and money. If it does not, custom is the right path.

Can I customize a package?

Light customization is included: your logo, brand colors, content, and minor layout tweaks. Deeper changes (custom-designed page templates, bespoke plugins, integrations beyond the stock set) are priced as add-ons. We quote each one before doing the work. Heavy customization usually means you should be on a custom build instead, and we will tell you when that is the case.

What if my project does not fit any package?

We tell you upfront and route you to a custom build with a rough budget bracket. We do not force-fit a project into a package that will not work. The most common reasons projects need custom: unusual integrations, custom ERP or CRM, more than 1,000 products on launch, strict accessibility audits, or a unique design system that cannot be expressed through theme tweaks.

Do you provide hosting?

We recommend hosting that fits the package: Cloudways with Vultr or Hostinger Business for blog and brochure packages, Kinsta or WP Engine for projects that expect more traffic, Cloudways with DigitalOcean for OpenCart and WooCommerce stores. We can set up hosting for you on day one (you pay the host directly, we manage the configuration), or migrate to a host you already have.

How does payment work?

50% deposit on order, 50% on launch. No long contracts and no retainer for the package itself. After launch, you can move to a monthly care plan starting at $99/mo for ongoing updates, backups, and support. Care plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.

Can I see examples of what you have shipped?

Yes. Browse case studies for the projects we have launched, including a WooCommerce build for Aria Fashion and a multilingual newsroom on WordPress. Each case study includes the brief, the stack we used, the timeline, and the results after launch. If you want to talk to a past client, we can usually arrange that for serious enquiries.
